“Why would I want to increase the volume of my ejaculation? They can already hear me next door”
– Donald Fagan
Here’s an interesting thought… how much do you come? Are you one to paint the walls, or is it more like a cough and sputter?
Me… I fall easily in the ‘average’ range – which the science boffins agree to be between the 2 ml and 5 ml range.
Sounds woefully unimpressive when you write it down really.
I mean, a standard shot at any bar is 30 ml… and we blokes are generally letting fly with less than one sixth of that.
While porn is generally not representative of the real world, it’s hard not to be impressed by those guys who seem capable of filling a kids paddling pool at the point of climax.
It got me thinking… other than the standard rules of making sure we’re well hydrated, and maybe abstaining for a few days, is there any way to influence the size of our loads?
Turns out, some reckon there may be.
It’s called the Cum Stack Holy Grail – and it’s a supplement / vitamin combination that a heap of fellas swear by. It’s been floating around on the internet since around 2009.
I’ve been giving it a go for the last few months.
So… what exactly are we talking about?
“What’s grey and comes in litres?”
Supplements are used for various reasons. You can’t go on social media without someone trying to sell you on a pill that’s going to make your life better – or one of your ex-schoolmates who’s now an ‘instagram influencer’ or a ‘brand ambassador’ trying to flog the latest M2M product that promises better sleep, better weight loss, better moods, better hair, better car water beading, better tv reception, better google results, or whiter whites and brighter colours.
Some vitamin supplements have become pretty commonly accepted – if we want to avoid catching a cold, we take vitamin C, if we want better sleep – we try valerian, if we feel depressed – we chase some vitamin D.
It stands to reason that there might be a way to support our body’s efforts in semen production, and it appears like the internet has cracked that code.
Here’s what the stack looks like:
- L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg — (increases blood flow)
- Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg (study found lower zinc intake equals lower volume — zinc loss with ejaculation
- Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg (used as anti inflammatory for BPH, prostate)
- Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg
A closer look…
Bear in mind that I am not a clinician, doctor, or researcher… this is information gleaned from a lot of reading. It’s the men’s health version of ‘I’ve done my research’ – but you need to decide for yourself if you’re interested in looking closer at this supplement stack, or giving it a try.
L-Arginine – an amino acid that is found in red meat, poultry, fish and dairy, and it’s used by the body to make proteins. It’s generally used for heart and blood pressure conditions as it’s converted into nitric oxide by the body. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to open and increases blood flow – this is called vaso-dilation, which is one of the main ways that Viagra works. Some users prefer to take L-citrulline, which they say is a more effective option.
Zinc – an essential trace element, and is needed for overall health. Excess zinc isn’t stored by the body, so we need to ensure we are getting enough through our diet regularly to maintain healthy levels. Zinc is important for sperm production and for balancing testosterone levels.
Pygeum – is made from the bark of an African tree. It’s mostly used to support healthy prostate function, and many blokes use it as they get older to treat enlarged prostate issues. The prostate is responsible for the production of the fluid in your load that transports the sperm… so making sure it’s working properly is important if you want a decent load. It may also increase libido.
Lecithin – is found in the body’s fatty acids. It’s supposed to be good for digestion and for overall heart health. There are some concerns that the supplement form of lecithin is generally sourced from soy, which contains phytoestrogens (similar to the hormone estrogen) and can result in hormone imbalances in men. This can result in issues around thyroid function and breast development. The way around this is to ensure your lecithin is not soy based… look for those produced from pumpkin seeds.
Excellent if I’m completely honest. Previously I was never one to really have an issue with ‘pre-cum’, but after taking this stack for a while there is a noticeable increase. Particularly with direct prostate stimulation, the change is pretty dramatic.
This can be problematic if you’re engaging in chastity kink at the time… if you get aroused you will ‘leak’ pre-cum which can be difficult to clean up depending upon the level of access you have to your cock. But this isn’t a deal-breaker and is easy enough to deal with.
If you abstain from masturbating or having sex for a couple of days… the end result is an massive difference. I would go so far as to say easily double from my previous volumes.
My completely unscientific opinion is that, with larger loads comes more intense orgasms. There are more ‘pumps’ at the time of climax, and they each seem stronger than previously. The refactory period seems to be shorter, and I’m raring to go for round two (or three) quickly.
The increase in libido is also noticeable – I have a naturally high sex drive, but this regime seems to kick it off the charts.
How do I get started?
If you’re interested in trying this experiment for yourself, all you need to do if purchase the vitamins listed above. I take them each morning with breakfast before starting my day.
I buy my vitamins from biovea. Their prices are reasonable, and the quality is guaranteed. For clarity, I’m not an affiliate here… I get no kickbacks or benefits if you buy from them… I’ve just found biovea to be easy and affordable to buy from. They regularly have sales and send discount codes via email, which makes it even easier. Just be certain to keep an eye on you stock, as the delivery can take a while.
Maybe take the extra time to stock up on tissues or wipes, as you will definitely need them 🙂
